What is the return policy?
We do not provide returns or refunds as a standard policy; all sales are final.
However, if you contact us within 3 days of delivery, we’ll gladly review your case and do our best to help, including offering replacements or store credit where appropriate.

When will I get my order?
Custom orders (made just for you): Please allow 1–2 weeks for customization before shipping.
Ready-made (in stock) items: Typically ship within 1 week of purchase. In both cases, once shipped via UPS or USPS, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress.
Where are your products manufactured?
All crochet items are handcrafted by me in my home studio, one stitch at a time.
However, please note that while I make the products from start to finish, the packaging materials (such as mailers, boxes, labels, and shipping supplies) are not handmade and are sourced from external suppliers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
